I am Yujia Li, currently a Ph.D Candidate in Biostatisitics at the School of Public Health, University of Pittsburgh under supervision of Dr. George C. Tseng. My research focuses on developing novel statistical methods in statistical machine learning, Bayesian analysis, high-dimensional variable selection, Analysis of Multi-Omics Data (Genomics, Transcriptomics, Epigenetics, etc)

In addition to methodological research, I am involved in collaborative data analysis under guidance of Steffi Oesterreich, Hung Jung Park and Liza Konnikova, with application to breast cancer and pediatrics metabolomics.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree of Applied Mathematics (under supervision of Da Zhou) and a minor certificate of Mathematical Finance at Xiamen University.


I did internship at Abbvie as a Biostatistician from May to August 2020, under supervision of Yunxia Sui, Tian Feng and Yiran (Bonnie) Hu.
